MORE JOBS, LESS OVERHEAD

Add roofs to the pipeline without adding another person to manage.

A strong sales rep can be valuable. But finding one takes recruiting, training, leads, follow-up, and management before you know whether the hire will produce.

ADDING A SALES REP

More work before the first roof closes

  • Recruit and interview candidates
  • Train them on your roofs, pricing, and process
  • Find or buy leads for them to contact
  • Manage follow-up, pipeline, and performance
  • Carry the time and overhead while they ramp up
AZ ROOF ESTIMATOR

Review real opportunities when you have capacity

  • The homeowner already asked for roof bids
  • See job details before deciding whether to bid
  • Choose opportunities that fit your crews and service area
  • Pay nothing to view, bid, or lose
  • Pay only after you win, sign, and receive the deposit

Keep the good salespeople you already have. AZ Roof Estimator gives you another job channel, so growth does not depend entirely on finding and ramping up the next rep.

WHY JOIN

A second way to find work—not another lead list.

Homeowners start the process and ask for bids. You decide which opportunities fit, then compete on the complete value of your offer—not just the lowest number.

Homeowner-requested jobs

The homeowner asked for roof bids. The job is not a random name from an old lead list.

Better job details

See roof size, roof type, known problems, solar panels, roof AC units, timing, and photos when available.

Private bids

Other roofers cannot see your price. No company can pay to move ahead of you.

Compete on value, not lowest price

The cheapest bid does not automatically win. Show your materials, warranty, certifications, start date, financing, and quality checks.

Less wasted contact

The homeowner’s contact information stays hidden until they choose you or ask for an inspection.

Clear job records

Bids, messages, contracts, and payment steps are kept in one place.

ROOFER APPROVAL

Not every roofing company gets access.

We check the company, the people, the paperwork, and the work.

Business records

License, insurance, office, owners, service area, and roof types.

Work in the field

At least three full roof replacements are watched and graded before full approval.

Honest bidding

Clear prices, clear exclusions, protected homeowner data, and no bait-and-switch changes.

Ongoing review

Unsafe work, false claims, expired records, or serious repeat problems can lead to removal.

ROOFER FAQ

Know the deal before you apply.

When is the fee earned?

After the homeowner picks your company, the contract is signed, and you get the required deposit.

Do I pay to view or bid a residential job?

No. You pay nothing to view the job, send a bid, or lose.

Can I include the fee in my price?

You control your price and margin. The homeowner still must get a full and honest bid with no surprise price change after they choose you.

Is this a race to the lowest price?

No. Homeowners compare the shingle, included work, workmanship warranty, timing, contractor qualifications, and total price. The cheapest bid is not automatically ranked first.

Can paid extras improve my rank?

No. Paid tools cannot buy the best-value label, a quality grade, or first place.

Does this replace my sales team?

It does not have to. Use AZ Roof Estimator as another source of homeowner-requested jobs alongside referrals, marketing, and the salespeople you already trust.

Do the 8% and 10% rates apply to commercial jobs?

Not automatically. Commercial and new-construction jobs use separate pricing shown before you join the bid.

How many roofers bid on a home?

Up to three, based on the area, roof type, and roofer availability.
