General terms for the estimator, accounts, portals, and marketplace.

1. Acceptance
By using the website, estimator, accounts, private links, project portals, bid rooms, applications, support tools, or payment features, you agree to these terms and any additional policy that applies to your role or project.
2. Platform role
AZ Roof Estimator provides preliminary planning information, property documentation, contractor eligibility review, bid distribution, proposal comparison, communication, selection, contract-record, and payment-support technology. It is not the roofing contractor, general contractor, construction manager, insurer, public adjuster, architect, engineer, escrow company, or guarantor.
3. Estimates and measurements
Online roof measurements and price ranges are informational. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not binding contractor proposals. Final scope, price, permits, code, access, materials, hidden damage, structural conditions, solar, rooftop equipment, and construction requirements must be verified by the selected contractor and any required licensed professional.
4. Accounts and private links
You are responsible for protecting passwords, magic links, homeowner tokens, planning-report links, partner dashboard tokens, contractor invitation tokens, and project URLs. Unauthorized access, scraping, sharing, impersonation, or reuse is prohibited.
5. Acceptable conduct
You may not submit false information, interfere with bidding, harvest proposals, obtain competitor pricing, misuse personal information, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, bypass platform safeguards, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
6. Contractors and project buyers
Contractors and commercial buyers are subject to additional participation, verification, privacy, and project rules. Access may be restricted, suspended, or removed to protect users or marketplace integrity.
7. Co-branded report partners
Approved partners may share a co-branded estimator link and view the limited activity disclosed to the homeowner before report creation. Partners may not describe a planning report as an inspection, appraisal, contractor quote, warranty, or guaranteed price; imply that AZ Roof Estimator performs roofing work; harvest contact information; resell report activity; or use the program for unrelated marketing. Partner access and branding may be paused or removed.
8. Construction contracts and payments
Construction contracts are made directly between the property owner or authorized buyer and the selected licensed contractor. Payment processing may be provided through third-party connected accounts. Deposits, processing, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are governed by the applicable agreements and provider rules.
9. Uploaded materials
You retain rights you hold in uploaded plans, photos, reports, specifications, and other documents while granting AZ Roof Estimator permission to process and share them as necessary to provide the requested service. You must have authority to upload and distribute those materials.
10. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party mapping, imagery, hosting, database, storage, authentication, email, text, analytics, and payment systems. Availability and accuracy may be affected by those systems.
11. Text messaging terms
Users who explicitly opt in to SMS from AZ Roof Estimator may receive service-related text messages about roofing requests, proposal links, appointments, reminders, project status, account activity, and support. Marketing messages are sent only where the applicable consent has been obtained.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help or contact support@azroofestimator.com. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing roofing services. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent applies to AZ Roof Estimator and is not transferred to unrelated businesses, affiliates, lead generators, or contractors for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information and consent records are handled.
12. No guaranteed outcome
To the extent permitted by law, AZ Roof Estimator does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific number of bids, the lowest price, specific savings, contractor performance, insurance coverage, financing, project completion, warranty performance, or dispute resolution.
13. Suspension and changes
Features, projects, accounts, and marketplace access may be modified, paused, restricted, or discontinued. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
14. Additional policies
